Notes on battery and used APPLiances return
In connection with the delivery of electronic devices that contain batteries or with the sale of batteries, we are according to the BGBl. II Nr. 159/2008, as well as the EU directive on electronic equipment waste, obliged to inform you about:
Battery Recycling
As the end user you are legally obliged to recycle used batteries. You can return used batteries, which you bought with us, at any time and we will professionally dispose them for you. The shipping costs have to be covered by you.
The recycling symbols shown on batteries have the following meaning:
The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin implies that the battery must not be disposed with household waste.
Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 mass percent lead
Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium
Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury

Used Appliances Return
To avoid negative effects on the environment, products marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin with a black bar below, must not be disposed with household waste.
According to the EU directive on waste of electrical and electronic products (WEEE directive), the end user is obliged to dispose these items either at a local collection point for electronic waste or has to return them to the vendor. The shipping costs have to be covered by you.
